Carl Albert State College

Students who attended CASC previously and have been absent for one or more terms is considered a returning student and eligible for READMISSIONS. Students who are returning must submit the following forms.

 

Please download the application and return to the Office of Admissions by fax or mail and have the transfer college mail to the Office of Admissions an official copy of your transcript. Additionally, if not previously submitted, download the immunization form and return it by fax or mail to the Office of Admissions.

 

Students must satisfy all deficiency coursework within the first 24 hours. Adult students have the "right-to-try" college-level courses without mandatory remediation.

 

Returning students may download and Application for Admissions and return it to the Office of Admissions by mail/fax. A student's academic and electronic file are updated and made ready for the student.

 

Students who are returning may request their Username and Password by written request and after a degree plan is issued. Students must submit in writing to the Office of Admissions the following form:
