Credentials Required for Admissions
Any student who will concurrently enroll at CASC while still attending their high school is considered a Concurrent High School student and must submit the following credentials for full-admissions. Forms are located on-line for download
1. Application for Admissions
2. High School Transcript
3. ACT test scores
4. Immunization Compliance form
5. Concurrent Enrollment form (submit new each semester)
Credentials RequiredAny student who is degree-seeking, entering college for the first-time with 6 earned college credit hours or less (excluding any courses completed as concurrent student) is considered a First-Time Entering Freshman and must submit the following credentials for full-admissions:
1. Application for Admissions 2. High School Transcript
3. ACT test scores (if 20 years & younger)
ACT or COMPASS (if 21 years & older)
4. Immunization Compliance form

Credentials Required for Admissions
Students who are TRANSFER from another college with 7 hours or more fall into the admissions category of Transfer Admissions and must submit the following credentials. High school transcript typically are not submitted for Transfer students when college-level English, math, and science courses have been completed.

3. Admissions test scores (ACT if 20 years & younger)
4. Immunization Compliance form

Credentials Required for Admissions
Students who have previously attended CASC and been absent for one or more semesters, may re-enroll under the category of "READMISSIONS". Typically, former students have on file with CASC high school transcripts, ACT or COMPASS test scores, and Immunization Compliance forms. However, students must have a current application on file and submit any document(s) not previously submitted.

3. Immunization Compliance, ACT or COMPASS test scores (if not previousy submitted)

Students who are seeking to enroll in one or two classes (less than 9 credit hours) may do so under the category of "Special". Students may attend without submitting admissions test scores and other college transcripts. Regardless, if 20 years and younger, English Composition I, English Composition II, or Math require entry-level placement testing (ACT).
